Taking inspiration from a construction crane, this structure tries to not overly distract from the light fixture, giving it almost a floating appearance.
Rope and two holes are the primary tensioner to set the pitch of the of the arm holding the light fixture.
The bolt assembly passes through the block and light arm to be threaded into a threaded insert in the mitered dowel in the back. The bolt can be tightened, acting as a secondary pitch lock.
