Taking inspiration from a construction crane, this structure tries to not overly distract from the light fixture, giving it almost a floating appearance.
Rope and two holes is the primary tensioner, controlling the pitch of the of the arm holding the light fixture.
Bolt assemble passes through a hole in the block/dowel and is threaded into a threaded insert in the mitered dowel in the back. the bolt can be tightened, acting as a secondary pitch lock.
